Even though Jenna Jameson reportedly “blew a .13 and had two prescription drugs in her system” when she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence back in May, she’s pleading not guilty!
The famous porn star was caught after crashing her car into a pole and has since been charged with three misdemeanor counts which included DUI, having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Considering the perks of fame, she’ll most likely only get probation if convicted, but could face up to a year in jail. We’ll find out what happens next after her first pretrial hearing on August 16.
Jenna is lucky she didn’t hurt anyone during her accident, so we hope she learned her lesson and NEVER gets behind the wheel while intoxicated EVER again!
