A year after proposing to her in the Bahamas, Justin Bieber is on the top of the world with wife Hailey Bieber by his side!
The Sorry singer — who popped the question to the 22-year-old model exactly one year ago Sunday down in the Bahamas as part of a surprise engagement — may be struggling with mental health issues as 2019 wears on, but having Hailey by his side has made things a thousand times better!

A source close to the couple updated People about their relationship behind the scenes, and it sounds like the pair is still on a high as they move forward through life together.
The source said (below):
“They were excited to celebrate [the one-year anniversary] because it’s such an important date for both of them. Their engagement happened so quickly after they got back together. It was very special for Justin to propose. He was so sure that Hailey is the one.”

It goes deeper than that, too; the Biebs has gone through some personal struggles this year with mental health issues, seeking meaning through religion and his church, and more.

But the 25-year-old hasn’t been alone — not by a long shot — and his S.O.’s presence has proven to be a HUGE benefit.

Remembering back to the engagement, we recall it being a HUGE shock to see these two had gotten together, but it really sounds now like they fit each other well, and they may be in it for the long haul together as they help each other through the tough moments.
