Justin Bieber's Ex-Neighbor From The Infamous Egging Incident Is BACK & Asking For More Money -- Here's Why!

Justin Bieber is still dealing with his troubled past.
As you may recall, the 22-year-old pled no contest to vandalism for egging his neighbor Jeff Schwartz’s house back in 2014 — and even though the Sorry singer settled that particular case, Jeff is STILL coming after the Biebs for money.
During a different argument with the controversial singer, the auto-mogul claims he went over to Justin’s Calabasas palace to discuss J.B.’s speeding in the gated community… and instead of apologizing, Bieby allegedly hocked a loogie at him. Classy!

According to docs obtained by TMZ, Schwartz says Justin assaulted him and caused emotional distress during the incident.
Additionally, Jeff wants Bieber’s bodyguard Michael Arana to testify to the alleged argument and the pop star’s character.
Even though Arana lives in Florida, Schwartz his willing to fly his lawyers across the country to get his side of the story. Must be something there!
As expected, Justin’s reps deny much of what Schwartz is claiming.
