Well, here’s one we didn’t see coming: Kelly Clarkson has filed for divorce from her husband Brandon Blackstock!
According to reports, the singer filed the paperwork in Los Angeles on June 4. The couple tied the knot in 2013 after a year of dating and share two children together: 5-year-old daughter River and 4-year-old son Remington.
Neither the singer nor the talent manager has commented on the split just yet, but it comes as a surprise to fans, seeing as there have been no signs of trouble in their relationship.

Back in April, Blackstock — the son of Kelly’s former manager Narvel Blackstock (and former stepson of her idol, Reba McEntire) — wished the American Idol alum a heartfelt happy birthday on her talk show. A few months before that, Kelly made headlines for getting candid about what a great sex life the two had.
We guess things were much different behind the scenes…
