Is it August yet?!
Soon enough, Perezcious readers and JoBros fanatics will be able to get a glimpse of the married life of the oldest Jonas brother, Kevin!
Kevin and his wife, Danielle, recently sat down for an interview at the Television Critics Association summer tour, where they revealed even MORE about their upcoming reality show!
The show, which premieres on August 19 on E!, will focus on Kevin and Danielle├óΓé¼Γäós home life — including Kevin├óΓé¼Γäós transition out of the spotlight of the stage and into a more domestic lifestyle!
Danielle’s big Italian family will be featured on the show as well, including her father (who we hear is QUITE the character)!
Kevin explained:
“America will fall in love with her father. He needs to be on Fashion Police with Joan Rivers after one of the episodes. He told Danielle – she walked out in a yellow dress — and he said, ‘You look like a No. 2 pencil!’”
LOLz! Definitely looking forward to seeing that!
Mr. Jonas also gets the chance to relive those teen years. Though for him, they mostly consisted of performing and traveling with his brothers.
Being able to live vicariously through Danielle’s little sis, Kevin stated:
“In the midst of everything going on, her youngest sister… graduated high school, so they have the prom, we’ve got graduation, we’ve got big life moments happening for her family and we’ll get to tackle those things and help out.”
As for the dramz that tends to face newly married couples? Sounds like there will be NO shortage of that!
Jonas went on to say:
“Fighting happens in marriage. If it didn’t, it’d be kind of strange. And it’s communication. It’s resolving things. This show actually allowed us to learn to communicate even better than we did before.”
Who says reality TV doesn’t make a difference! Ha!
Kevin also discussed the possibility of adding on to his and Danielle’s family. But he knows planning for kids can be tricky, especially with his schedule!
We can’t wait to see what the show has to offer come August!
