The good news just keeps coming for Lamar Odom!
Sources say the Nye County District Attorney will NOT be slapping the 36-year-old with drug possession charges after his scary overdose last year.
After he was found unconscious at a legal Nevada brothel in October, blood tests revealed that the ailing athlete had cocaine in his system.
At the time, the county sheriff suggested that the sports star be prosecuted for having the narcotics, but has since decided to call off the case.

It turns out that law enforcement officials rarely press drug charges when the user ends up in the hospital.
And since the OD almost killed him, the famous father had remained in medical facilities up until last week when he was released and moved to a private rehab.
Insiders explain that the D.A. will formally reject the charges this week. We’re so happy that Lamar doesn’t have to worry about any criminal repercussions and can just focus on getting better!
