Lindsay Lohan's Judge Is Not Big On Jail Time

Today marks yet another day in the Lindsay Lohan legal saga.. but unfortunately, once again, the time likely WILL NOT fit the crime.
None of us are strangers to Lindsay Lohan getting off easy in her string of run-ins with the police, but while the El Lay City Attorney would love to see Lilo in the slammer, Commissioner Jane Godfrey, the judge overseeing her case today, is known for her bleeding heart.
One source close to the judge says:

“Godfrey is not a big jail person.”

Translation? When Linds is arraigned this afternoon on 3 misdemeanor counts involving lying to cops, obstruction, and reckless driving, she could very well be sentenced to — YET AGAIN!!! — drug counseling.
Godfrey has even created a graduation ceremony for people who complete counseling under her orders and is just so proud that she buys them gifts to celebrate!!!!
The drug criminal’s savior also happened to be the judge in Redmond O’Neal‘s following felony charges for heroine possession, sending him to rehab after good behavior in jail, and we all know how well that turned out.
We lost count of Lindsay’s rehab stints after the fifth time, but we’re preeetttttttyyyy sure it isn’t working.
Maybe the commissioner will suggest time on Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Rehab?! At least that way she can “serve” her time AND work towards paying off her debt!!!!
