Olivia Jade and Bella Rose's infamous "rowing" photos have been released

The infamous photographs of Olivia Jade and Bella Rose Giannulli using rowing machines — which we never thought would be seen out of the courthouse, TBH — have been released, and it’s truly a quarantine miracle!!

The pics are part of new court documents filed on Wednesday as part of the FBI‘s case against Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli in the ongoing college admissions scandal.

The photos in question show the girls, now 20 and 21, with their faces blurred in workout attire on ERG rowing machines. Isabella’s photo was first emailed by her father to the mastermind behind the scam, William “Rick” Singer, on September 7, 2016, after being told:

“It would probably help to get a picture with her on an ERG in workout clothes like a real athlete too.”

The 56-year-old replied:

“Fantastic. Will get all.”

Once the eldest Giannulli daughter was accepted to the University of Southern California, prosecutors say her father emailed his financial advisor:

“Good news my [older] daughter is in [U]SC bad [news] is I had to work the system.”

Less than a year later, it was OJ’s turn! On July 28, 2017, the Mossimo founder sent in the YouTube beauty star’s rowing photos, with the Full House alum copied on the email chain.

According to the docs obtained by multiple outlets this week, the feds claim there is no basis for the dismissal request filed by the Loughlin-Giannulli legal team:

“The defendants’ core allegations of misconduct are premised on a straw man: that this case is only about bribery. It is not. The defendants are charged with conspiring to engage in a single, sweeping scheme to gain admission for their children to college by, among other things, lying about their academic and athletic qualifications so that complicit coaches, induced by bribes styled as ‘donations’ to their programs, could purport to recruit them as elite athletes.”

The note continued:

“Just because neither [scam ring leader Rick] Singer nor the defendants actually used the word ‘bribe’ to describe the purported donations doesn’t mean that they were legitimate.”

This week’s lengthy response came after a motion was filed by the actress’ lawyers last month. As you can tell (above), the prosecutors denied allegations of misconduct which they were accused of and included the two photos of the girls to boot. Regarding the claims from defendants that prosecutors attempted to conceal exculpatory evidence, this was “simply an error,” adding that any evidence in question has since been disclosed ahead of the October trial date.

The US Attorney‘s office is also alleging the fashion designer falsely claimed to a high school counselor that his daughter (unclear which one) was a rower. Lori and Mossimo have maintained their innocence for the last year regarding the alleged $500,000 in bribes to have their girls admitted to the SoCal university as crew team recruits, despite neither participating in the sport.
