Money can’t buy you class, but it can hopefully buy Luann de Lesseps a good lawyer…
As we reported over the weekend, the Real Housewives of New York City star was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer, resisting arrest with violence, and threatening a public servant for an incident where she allegedly “slammed a door,” “kicked” an official, and yelled, “I’m going to kill you all” in Palm Beach, Florida.
Fast forward to Tuesday, more information is surfacing about The Countess’ arrest.

According to a police report obtained by Page Six, the reality TV personality and a man allegedly entered Room 407 at the Colony Hotel while a maid was still cleaning. De Lesseps was reportedly registered to stay in Room 327.
Friend and witness Julie Olson — who apparently lives in an apartment at the hotel — tells Page Six the mystery man is “a guy [Luann] had previously dated.”
Allegedly, a security guard went to the room and told Luann and her ex they had to leave. After “multiple attempts to get both subjects to leave over a five minute period,” the guard called for two cops, who arrived around 9:20 p.m.
Before authorities got there, the guy reportedly asked Olson to care for de Lesseps, who “wouldn’t understand she was in the wrong room.”
Although reports say the cops found de Lesseps and Olson — who both allegedly “appeared to be highly intoxicated” — in the room, Julie claims she only made it to the hallway outside, and denies she “smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage” and “had slurred speech.”
In the room, de Lesseps allegedly locked herself in the bathroom and refused to come out. When she finally opened the door, Luann allegedly shoved one of the cops — identified as “Officer O’Leary” — in the chest with her palm, and then slammed the door in his face, “striking him in the forehead.”
Once she was handcuffed and en route to jail, de Lesseps allegedly tried to escape and screamed, “I’m going to fucking kill you.” She allegedly continued shouting expletives when she got to prison, and was eventually placed in a holding cell.
Luann — who was released on Sunday — is due back in court on January 25, 2018.
