Candy Company Reducing The Amount Of Calories In Chocolate Bars

It’s so nice to see a big business being responsible!
Mars Inc., the candy company that produces Snickers and M&M’s, has just announced a new 250 calorie limit for all of their chocolate products!
The voluntary changes to improve what little nutritional value their products already offered will begin by the end of 2013. By 2015 the company also plans on reducing the amount of sodium in all products by 25%!
We applaud Mars Inc.’s healthy decision and can only hope more companies follow in their footsteps.
