Those lovely ladies from The Mary Tyler Moore Show have reunited and it feels OH so good!!
Mary Tyler Moore, Valerie Harper, Cloris Leachman, Georgia Engel and Betty White came together to film an episode of Betty’s adorable and HIGHlarious sitcom, Hot In Cleveland recently (above)…
And even though Valerie was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, from what we can tell, the occasion was stuffed with love, laughter, and friendship!
Valerie expressed:
“The tears come up, but then they’re part of the laughter. Did you ever laugh till you cried? That’s been happening a lot. It’s been so full of life and joy and love. And fun!”
The TV icon did mention her devestating diagnosis, but remained upbeat, stating:
“I don’t have a lot of bad symptoms. They may be down the road, but I’m not thinking of down the road. I’m thinking just of today.”
To which Betty replied:
“Miss Positive. I won’t buy any of those silly things they tell her.”
Tears!
The MTMS reunion episode of Hot In Cleveland, appropriatly titled Love Is All Around (the theme song for The MTMS) will air in September…
SO SO SO excited!
