Time is ticking.
As we reported in July, Nicki Minaj‘s brother Jelani Maraj was offered a plea deal in his child rape case after his DNA matched semen found on the 12-year-old alleged victim’s clothing.

The accuser also told police Maraj repeatedly raped and sodomized her between April 1 and November 30, 2015.
Now, Maraj has four days to decide whether he will take a plea deal of 15 years to life, the same deal prosecutors offered last month.
If he doesn’t take it and is found guilty, he could face life in bars.
Back in April, the Anaconda rapper’s brother was officially indicted with the crime.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
