In December 2016, adult film star Nikki Benz went public with allegations of assault against director/producer Tony T. on Twitter — saying she was choked and “stomped on.”
Brazzers fired Tony T. shortly thereafter, but that clearly doesn’t undo the damage of hiring him in the first place.
Now at last Nikki has officially filed suit against Tony, the porn production company, AND her costar in the scene, Ramon Nomar.
As part of the suit, TMZ reports Nikki also listed a more detailed account of the assault. First, she says she was struck so hard on the face, head, and breasts that it actually drew blood.

Second, she says she wasn’t just choked — she was essentially waterboarded! According to this account, she was gagged with her own underwear, then “water was poured down her throat causing her to choke.”
This simulates a feeling of drowning; the United States does not even allow it to be done to suspected terrorists.
The suit also reiterates Nikki’s Twitter claim that Tony T. threatened to withhold her payment for the scene if she didn’t record an “exit interview” saying she was fine with it.
Awful. But considering cameras were rolling, there should be plenty of evidence in the case.
