
Nina Dobrev has decided to give veggies another chance!!
After dipping her toes in the waters of the vegetarian lifestyle a couple of years ago, the Vampire Diaries decided the meat-less diet wasn’t for her.
Now she’s decided to give it another shot by eating mostly vegan food, and she says things are going much smoother this time around:
“I├óΓé¼Γäóm not officially a vegan, but I eat mostly vegan food.”
Nina has also been VERY active in yoga over the last few years and says it has definitely helped her keep in shape:
“Yoga changed my body 100 percent. It tones everything and leans you out. Dancer├óΓé¼Γäós pose is amazing. It works every muscle! And you have to focus. If your mind is somewhere else, you├óΓé¼Γäóll fall.”
No wonder she has such a bangin’ bod! Not only does she eat a healthy diet, but she’s a workout machine!!
So if you want to be fit just like Nina, just eat tons of veggies and do lots of yoga and you’ll be heartbroken by landing dudes like Ian Somerhalder in no time! LOLz!
