Palm Desert Police Say LiLo Violated MULTIPLE Probation Terms, Referring Her Case To Prosecutors!

Just when you think that she’s FINALLY off the hook.

Lindsay Lohan‘s altercation with a Betty Ford staffer in early December is still coming back to haunt her, and despite Dawn Holland‘s refusal to cooperate with a police investigation, the Palm Desert authorities are now claiming that the actress may have committed MULTIPLE violations of her probation, and are referring the case to prosecutors!

A representative explains:

“The investigation and facts in evidence has revealed other possible violations by Ms. Lohan relating to certain conditions of her probation terms.”

Although it’s not 100% clear on what other terms she violated that night, a source close to law enforcement officials claims that she did, in fact, refuse a breathalyzer.

But we’re still not so sure about all of this…if Lindsay’s probation officer refused to arrest her the night of the incident, then we wonder why the Palm Desert police are so adamant about asserting that she did actually violate her probation!

Maybe her lawyer is right about them gunning for her, after all!
