Ricky Gervais just recently got back into the swing of social networking, and he hasn’t been slouching. He’s actually used the internet as a way to announce two new shows, one of them being a Derek Noakes show!
If you don’t remember Derek Noakes, he’s a character that Ricky played back in the 90’s — a very light hearted, mentally challenged comedian, “who loves animals and still lives with his mum.”

Here’s what the other show is about:
“We are planning a pilot of my show idea ‘The Short Way Round.’ Basically I send Karl around the world on a bike with Warwick in the basket on the front. It’s not Shakespeare but it’s f*cking funny right? The 3 of us did a photo shoot together last week. I may post a sneak look soon.”
Sounds pretty great! And we’re sure both will be absolutely hilarious!
