Robin Williams Joins The Cast Of The Butler As Dwight Eisenhower

Robin Williams Dwight Eisenhower the butler movie
Robin Williams must love playing dead presidents. Or he’s just really good at it.
The actor portrayed Teddy Roosevelt in both Night at the Museum flicks, but now he’s taking on Dwight Eisenhower‘s persona too.
Williams has been cast as the 34th president of the United States in Lee DanielsThe Butler, which is based on the true story of a butler who worked in the White House for three decades’ worth of administrations.
He’s not the only talented actor involved either. Oh no, this is going to be Daniels’ biggest movie yet since Forest Whitaker is playing the titular character alongside Oprah Winfrey, Terrence Howard, Alan Rickman, Vanessa Redgrave, Minka Kelly, Melissa Leo, John Cusack, James Marsden, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Jane Fonda!
Wow, just…WOW!
There is only one downfall of having such a stellar cast — if this movie is anything short of AH-mazing, then we’ll be kind of disappointed.
