Yes, wearing this much eye shadow on your face IS a crime.
ESPECIALLY if all that eye shadow was stolen!!
A 31-year-old woman named Brandy Allen was arrested this week on suspicion of stealing $144 worth of eye shadow from the Ulta Beauty Store at a mall in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and it’s easy to see why she roused suspicion!
Brandy was wearing at least four or five different shades of eye shadow at the time of her arrest, as is clearly evidenced in her very colorful mugshot.
But according to reports, the police caught Brandy in the store…AKA before she had time to apply any of her new shades. So unless she was sampling, the makeup she was wearing was most likely what she put on in the morning!
In that case, it seems like Brandy had plenty of makeup already. There was no reason for her to even buy more eye shadow, much less steal it!
Brandy has since been released on bond.
