Kirsten Dunst has revealed that she received treatment for depression, not drug or alcohol abuse, at Cirque Lodge in Utah last year.
Or so she’d like us to believe!
Dunst said, “There├óΓé¼Γäós been a lot of misrepresentation about what is going on in my life, and it├óΓé¼Γäós been very painful for my friends and family. Everyone feels like they have to defend me. They hear the rumors, and it puts them in a defensive position. Now that I├óΓé¼Γäóm feeling stronger, I was prepared to say something.”
Kiki says mental illness doesn├óΓé¼Γäót know any boundaries — Hollywood stars, your non-Hollywood next door neighbor — it hits everyone, ├óΓé¼┼ôWe├óΓé¼Γäóre all in the same boat together. Depression is pretty serious and should not be gossiped about.├óΓé¼┬¥
We’re glad that she got the help she needed, whatever it was for.
And we hope she’s not lying about why she went into rehab!
