Just when you thought the Hogans were taking a break from the public eye and from suing each other, there goes Linda Hogan taking it back to court. Though with good reason this time.
Despite finalizing their divorce, Linda is now suing Hulk Hogan for money and possessions she claims he owes her. Linda filed a motion against Hulk on Tuesday for “Enforcement of the Confidential Marital Settlement.”
So, guess that means Hulk isn’t living up to his end of the agreement?
In the lawsuit, Linda claims her ex-hubby has yet to hand over her Harley Davidson motorcycle or pay her the $225,000 she was due on August 7th.
And she fights hard. Not only does she want her bike and her money, but she also wants him to pay up for her legal fees and her transport.
Linda’s attorney adds, “We are proceeding against the Hulk with enforcement and contempt proceedings to make him comply with the marital settlement, whether he likes the agreement or not, and regardless of his stalls, emotional issues and games.”
And if he doesn’t pay up, she wants him sent to jail!
As for Hulk, his rep claims he’s not at fault and is “absolutely complying with the terms of the marital settlement agreement. Linda will receive everything she is entitled to under the agreement as soon as it is available to give to her.”
Better pay up soon!
