On the above date, Officer Angelakopoulos and I were working extra duty at

GO 2007-687366 (ARREST -PATR) 900E - 1 DISORDERLY INTOXICATION
Full Moon Saloon (bar/nightclub), located at 1613 7th Av. E., in full
uniformed police capacity. While working, the defendant was ejected from
the club by nightclub security for causing a disturbance in the club. The
defendant attempted to walk back into the club through the east door, but
was escorted away by Officer Angelakopoulos. While doing this, she turned
around and tried to push Officer Angelakopoulos away by striking him. She
was escorted off the property across the street. While over there, her
friend, who refused to be identified, attempted to calm her down. She and
the friend began physically fighting on the ground. As I responded to over
there, the defendant got up began walking away westbound on the sidewalk.
In the area of 1612 7th Av. E., I observed the defendant turn around and
start walking back toward our location. While she was walking back, the
defendant randomly shoved numerous patrons who were walking on the sidewalk
while yelling profanities and screaming. Her violent behavior caused people
to stop from walking in that area.
Officer Angelakopoulos and I responded there in attempt to take control and
place her into custody. While taking her into custody, she pushed both of
us and attempted to pull away. The defendant was sat in the backseat of
Officer Angelakopoulos's police cruiser. While in there, she vomited in the
backseat. The vomit had the smell of alcohol. In addition, the defendant
had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from her breath. She was unsteady on
her feet and had glassy eyes. Neither officers nor defendant sustained any
injuries during the resist.
While paramedics were on scene, Officer D. Ayo opened to the cruiser door

to allow paramedics access to the defendant. While the door was open the
defendant kicked Officer D. Ayo. Officer D. Ayo placed the defendant back
in the cruiser. The defendant was transported to booking by Officer
Angelakopoulos charged with Disorderly Intoxication and Resisting Arrest
without Violence.

On December 01, 2007, I was working an extra duty job with Ofc. C.
Cornelius at the night club, Full Moon Saloon located at 1613 7th Ave E. At
approximately 0219 hours, we were summoned by the club security staff in
reference to an intoxicated female refusing to leave and acting disorderly.
Upon arriving to the doors, I observed the defendant, Jessica Sierra,
screaming at the security staff and throwing her hands up in the air as if
enticing them to fight her. The manager, Justin Hay, advised me that he
wanted Ms. Sierra trespassed and told her that she is trespassed from
coming back to the club and he asked her to leave. I immediately intervened
and asked Ms. Sierra to leave. Ms. Sierra refused to listen to me or
Justin even after being asked several times that she needed to vacate the
premises. Ms. Sierra had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting
from her persons and breath. She was also unsteady on her feet and had
glassy appearance to her eyes. These are indicative signs of alcohol
impairment and intoxication.
After giving her several warnings, I grabbed her by her right arm and
attempted to escort her off the property. Ms. Sierra then pulled away from

me and started walking back towards the security staff. I then went to grab
her a second time and she pulled away and struck me in my abdomen area with
an open hand strike. I then advised Ms. Sierra that if she did not leave
the property, she would be placed under arrest.
Ms. Sierra continued to not comply and started walking towards the doors
and security staff again, while yelling and screaming profanities at them.
I then pushed her back and once again advised her that she has to leave.
She then started walking towards me and I pushed her back again. I then
grabbed her by her left arm and escorted her across the street. I then
advised her that she is trespassed from Full Moon and if she were to come
back, she would be arrested.
Ms. Sierra then started walking down the sidewalk across the street yelling
and screaming profanities at patrons as they were walking. She then started
shoving patrons with both her hands as if instigating them to fight her.
Her friend then tried to stop her and she started fighting with her on the
ground. Her friend refused to identify herself. At that time, Ofc.
Cornelius and I, proceeded to her location and advised her that she was
under arrest. Ofc. Cornelius and I then attempted to put handcuffs on her
and she shoved us and tried to pull away. She continued to try to defeat us
from placing her into handcuff restraints until we were eventually able to
place her in custody. She was then placed in the back seat of my patrol
vehicle (#642).
While in the back of my patrol vehicle she continued her disorderly tirade,
screaming and yelling that her aunt is the mayor and that I would be out of

a job. She then started yelling, "Suck a Dick" and "Your a dick sucking
faggot" several times. Her behavior was very erratic, being that she would
be disorderly and argumentative at one moment and then apologetic the next.
Several times, she stated that she was sorry and to please let her go and
she would leave with no problems. Upon advising her that I could not do
that, she would get angry and yell, "Fuck you."
While sitting in my back seat, Ms. Sierra began to vomit. I then opened my
rear door and allowed her to lean out of the vehicle so that she could
finish vomiting without it getting all over her. I then allowed her friend
to clean her up with paper towels.
At that time, I rolled the back windows down enough so that she could get
some fresh air and called for paramedics to evaluate her condition. Upon
paramedics looking at her, they advised that her pupils were extremely
dilated and that she could possibly be on narcotics as well as being
intoxicated. Ms. Sierra told paramedics that she drank approximately 4-5
shots of vodka on an empty stomach and that is why she is vomiting. They
stated that her vitals were stable and they medically cleared her to be
taken to booking.
As I began my transport to central booking, Ms. Sierra began to beg me not
to take her to jail and that this would ruin her life. She then told me
that she would do anything for me to let her go. She then made the
statement, "Please don't take me to jail, I'll suck your dick if you don't
take me to jail."
I continued my transport and she became irate and disorderly again and
began to state, "Fuck you nigger" several times to me. She then told me

that by the time she was done with me, everyone is going think that I am
the biggest racist.
As we pulled into central booking, she started to vomit again in the back
seat of the car. I walked Ms. Sierra into central booking at the
Hillsborough County Jail. Upon coming into booking, she continued acting
disorderly yelling profanities and racial slurs. Because of her disorderly
and disruptive behavior she was placed into a holding cell isolated from
other inmates.
Ms. Sierra was issued a trespass warning from Full Moon Saloon by the
manager, Justin Hay.

On the above listed date and time I was working in a modified plain clothes
capacity and was posted on 7th Ave E for the closing of Ybor City
Historical District. I was in plain clothes but was wearing my issued
police raid vest with my gun and badge exposed. I was standing in front the
Full Moon Saloon night club. The police officer's that were working in an
off-duty capacity, in full uniform, and working for the club already had
the defendant in custody. She was hand cuffed and in the rear of a marked
police vehicle. The vehicle was parked on 7th Ave E. in front of the club.
I observed the defendant to be extremely upset. She was crying and also
vomiting. The units that took the defendant into custody called for EMS
personnel to medically clear the defendant in order for her to be
transported to booking. I was standing by the rear driver's side of the

marked police vehicle and the rear door was open while she was receiving
medical treatment. At one point she leaned her head out of the vehicle and
vomited over her left shoulder getting the substance on the door. The
defendant was extremely upset and was very emotional. The defendant would
go from crying and being apologetic to shouting vulgarities and challenging
Law Enforcement. At one point the defendant became enraged and was shouting
at me. She yelled "You fucking bitch, I'll kick your ass. I'll fuck you up,
you whore." As she was yelling these obsentaties she stood up out of the
marked patrol vehicle as if she was going to advance toward me. She was
still hand cuffed. I stated to the defendant "You have one chance to sit
back down." She then replied "Fuck you, you fucking bitch." At this time I
attempted to escort the defendant back into the vehicle by placing my hand
on top of her head to guide her down to the seat. The defendant raised her
head up and attempted to prevent me from putting her down into the back
seat. The defendant had already vomited on the ground and in the rear of
the police vehicle. She was being extremely aggressive toward other law
enforcement officers and myself. The defendants aggressive behavior,
advances towards me, and her facial expressions made me believe that she
was possibly going to spit at me. At that time I targeted the defendants
upper torso area and redirected her back into the rear of the police
vehicle. My momentum carried me into the rear of the vehicle with her. I
attempted to calm her down to a degree by stating "Calm down, don't pick up
another charge."
As we went into the back seat, she had her left foot up and it was at my

stomach area. I had the right leg pinned under me. As I stood up to get out
of the rear of the car she extended her leg and made contact with me. I was

intentionally struck me and she was subsequently not charged at this time.
The defendant was cleared medically and transported to booking without
further incident. This concluded my involvement in this incident.

If anything white trash has a history of being a playful term…it was never used against white people by other races to harm them, at least not on a large scale. Applying for college scholarships my father made more money than most of my white friends but I was still offered much more money than they were. Also some of them had better grades than I did but I was minority so I got accepted into pretty much whatever college I applied for even though I had a horrible junior year because I was out sick for most of it. I think every race can complain about this or that. The "N" word WAS used to talk about slaves but people that are black still use the word today and it has nothing to do with slavery. I've heard them use it in a way that white people used the term white trash to describe each other.

But because our policy is to accept children of alumni, even if their grades aren't great, the overwhelming majority of students admitted continues to be white. And the alumni preference is the norm for colleges in the US . because the vast majority of asian applicants are internationals, they are considered less likely to fund the college with alumni money after graduation so they are rejected at a far higher rate despite having higher test scores and grades than all other groups applying. So now, who should you be pitying?
I am a black female in the top 10% of my class who got $200 a semester as a "minority scholarship" at a predominately white school and paid the rest myself out of pocket. No one threw cash at me for being black. 3 of my white friends got full scholarships, despite average grades, to attend historically black colleges. So as you can see, there is no need to feel sorry for whites. They continue to do just fine.
