Answering a rapid fire round of questions, the Sisters star confirmed she was still working on the stage adaptation of her 2004 comedy with her composer husband Jeff Richmond.
Fey didn't have too much to dish about the unfinished story. While she did admit it was "pretty close" to the original plot of the movie, the writer said they were still figuring out when the first act would end.

"The best sighting I had was Caitlyn Jenner. I was trying so hard to have a moment with her. I was trying to make eye contact… and she was not having me. Not on purpose, but she had just come in, and you could tell she was like, 'I am the biggest deal in here. And who wants to know it.' She looked fantastic."
Well on Friday, the former Olympian took to Instagram to respond to the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot actress' comments, by sharing a photo of herself watching the comedian's interview on Live! With Kelly & Michael.
She addressed Tina in the caption, writing:
"Tina, sorry I missed you at the Vanity Fair party. I can't believe I missed my favorite funny girl. We have to get together."
