Adele Vs. Van Halen: Billboard 200 Edition

adele vs van halen billboard 200 edition

It's on!

According to industry sources, both Van Halen's A Different Kind of Truth and Adele's 21 will be fighting for the #1 spot on the Billboard 200 next week!

We're hearing that the new Van Halen album is set to sell 180,000 to 200,000 copies, which SHOULD land it that top spot on the chart…but because of Adele's Grammy buzz, she could end up selling enough units to stay ahead of Eddie and co.

Also, Adele

Adele Opens Up! Talks Surgery!!

adele-spends-second-week-on-top-of-billboard-web.jpg

YaY! Our beautiful goddess Adele is finally opening up about her surgery!!

When she lost her voice, we were all so sad for her!! and for us!!

Music like hers isn't easy to come by, and most of us feared the worst, but luckily she was able to get through it with hardcore surgery and MONTHS off.

But Adele doesn't want to risk t again, hinting she may not be able to tour as much in the future:

What The Tabs Are Talking About!

adele-mag.jpg

They are all over the place this week! Everyone is getting a shot at being on the front page!

Like Adele, who no one could (or should) ever say a bad thing about! She's on the cover of People, who is touting her tale of triumph after her serious throat condition and surgery. While that story might be a bit more uplifting, not to fret. There's smut to be found in other mags!

Like the Demi being in rehab. Whitney possibly needs to go to rehab (again). Kourtney Kardashain being pregnant and alone. Jennifer Aniston eating for two. And the new season of The Bachelor, which we think is in like the 200th installment now.

All good, juicy, 100% unreliable stuff! Got to love it!

Check out the gallery (below) to read some of the titillating headlines from this week's tabloids!

Bruce Springsteen To Perform For Grammys

Bruce Grammys 2

Watch out! Bruce Springsteen and his E Street Band are slated to perform at the Grammy Awards!

So that means, if you're a fan of course, that you'll need to clear your schedule for Feb. 12th!

BSpring will be joining an already packed line up, and will give a much needed breath of classic Americana to this list:

Adele, Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Foo Fighters, Rihanna, Coldplay, Paul McCartney, Bruno Mars, Jason Aldean, Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj.

Plus, as a bonus, did you know that BSpring is set up to release his SEVENTEENTH studio album soon??

That's a lot of albums!

It's called Wrecking Ball, and we hear that Skrillex is on like half the tracks.

Just kidding, that'd be weird.

Ha!

Are U gonna watch the Grammy Awards this year??

EXCLUSIVE! Watch Adele Perform Don't You Remember On Live From The Artists Den Here!

It's been such a long time since we've heard her sing live that we almost forgot how wonderful she sounds. Almost…

An intimate setting recorded before her surgery, Adele performs some of her best work for the program and we've got an EXCLUSIVE sneak peek of one of her performances.

Check out the video (above) to hear Miz Adele SLAY this acoustic performance of Don't You Remember!

Isn't she simply stunning? It's almost like stepping into a dream when she sings. And of the experience, she said:

"Nothing in life moves me as much as being on stage does. I love the closeness of playing in small rooms, and this room was lovely and simple, just beautiful."

It really is!

We're guess most of you are going to want to tune in for this one, so make sure to CLICK HERE to see you local listings for the show. Enjoy!!!

Adele Sets Fire To The Billboard Charts For The Second Week In A Row

adele-spends-second-week-on-top-of-billboard-web.jpg

Adele is once again familiarizing herself with the top spot of the Hot 100!

Set Fire to the Rain spent its second week at number one but Kelly Clarkson's charging hard with Stronger at number two.

When Kelly sings the national anthem in Indy for the big game, Adele might be in trouble!

Rounding out the top five include Rihanna's We Found Love, Flo Rida and his Good Feeling, and David Guetta's collab with Nicki on Turn Me On.

Can Adele keep her Fire lit or is Kelly too Strong?!
