Uh oh! Watch out chef Gordon Ramsay, PETA is coming for you!!

Chef Ramsay is in the hot seat after an undercover video exposed some serious animal cruelty at a foie gras factory which supplies one of his restaurants.

Ginnifer Goodwin has stepped up and is voicing her opposition to the ag gag bill in Tennessee.

She joins the likes of Carrie Underwood in her plea for Tenn. Governor Bill Haslam to veto the bill.

If you haven't heard somehow, in Tennessee there's a bill trying to make it so animal abuse whistleblowers have to turn their evidence over to police within 48 hours of learning of the abuse or risk facing charges themselves.

The whole point of this bill is to make it so farm industry abuse is harder to document because two days isn't enough time to document ongoing, systemic abuse.

Back in the 60's, when spying was all about telephones in shoes and knockout gas in wristwatches, the CIA came up with a crazy program: Operation Acoustic Kitty.

Yes, that's the real name.

They implanted a microphone microchip in a cat's ear canal, an antenna was embedded down his tail and a transmitter was implanted at the base of his skull.

The Kansas City Pet Project has gotten ahold of a puppy who survived nearly a month locked in an impounded car!!!

The puppy's name is Kia, and is only 12 weeks old, and apparently survived by eating trash that was left in the car. Kia had NO access to any water!!!

Emily Deschanel is a kind and caring person!

She's also a mother, so she cares deeply about other mothers, even animal ones.

Also an animal lover and vegan, Emily cannot stand how dairy cows are kept constantly pregnant, forced to produce up to four times as much milk as they naturally would and have their calves torn away from them.

These poor animals suffer just so we can have cheese, or a glass of milk, which some studies have shown to cause acne, breast/prostate cancer and even type 1 diabetes.

So join Emily in rejecting cruel dairy foods by trying vegan alternatives!!

The newest and most horrible form of animal cruelty is called "trunking."

Trunking is where two fighting dogs are simply locked in the trunk of car.

Then the dogs fight to death as the owner drives around, blasting music to cover up the sound.

After ten or fifteen minutes, the owner pulls over, dumps the body of the dead dog and continues on with the winner, waiting until he heals up enough to fight again.

It's absolutely terrible and it's so good that there are people out rescuing these dogs, like Miami-Dade County Animal Services, who rescued a group of dogs that were thought to have been used for trunking.

Five adult dogs and four puppies were rescued from a man's home in terrible condition.

The former game show host has offered to buy the University of Washington a set of infant simulator mannequins with a caveat.

That they agree to no longer use live cats as a part of their research!
