L.C. isn't the only one with a fun summer fling!

According to Star magazine, things were hot and heavy between Australian BMX racer Corey Bohan and Audrina Patridge at downtown LA hotel The Standard earlier in the month.

A bunch of people were there to celebrate Bohan's performance at this year's X Games.

A snitch said, "They spent the whole day together. Audrina was being really flirty with Corey. She was jumping on his back and would playfully splash water in his face, which was making him laugh. He was holding her in the pool, and at one point, she leaned in to kiss him."

Audrina apparently has been seeing Bohan between her on-again phases with Justin "Bobby" Brescia.

The OC girl and Corey supposedly first hooked up last October.

He's a yummy rebound boy!

The Oz biker boy is way hotter than Justin Bobby for sure!!

There's no such thing as "reality" TV anymore. Even Audrina Patridge is admitting The Hills is fake!

Seems like Lauren Conrad's best "friend" doesn't need to hide the fact that the show is as real as LC's blonde hair and tan.

Audrina's official website offers a simple, yet informative, little bio on the aspiring actress.

The site states:

"Born the eldest of four children in Downey, California, Audrina has always aspired to become an actress in Hollywood, and as soon as she turned 18, she signed with a small management company in LA. She honed her craft by participating in drama classes and private acting lessons, taking a job at Quixote Studios as she waited for her big break. Living a stone's throw away from the MTV production of "The Hills", Audrina was spotted sunbathing by the pool and asked by a producer if she would like to join the cast. She happily accepted her role as the dear friend of Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag in what was sure to be the beginning of her enticing career.

Audrina Patridge made her small screen debut in 2005 as the fun and outgoing friend on the cast of the hit MTV series, "The Hills," a reality show which documents the lives of four young girls trying to make a mark for themselves in the fast pace, energetic city of Los Angeles. Things between Audrina Patridge and The Hills star villain Lauren Conrad are on the outs!

And, instead, Audrina is on the up and up wit Speidi!!!!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Patridge was hanging out with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on Friday night.

"They were all hanging out at the Sidekick party in Hollywood for the launch of Tony Hawk's new Sidekick," a source tells us. "They were filming for the hills for over an hour and acting all friendly."

There is some bad news, though.

Audrina was hanging out with Justin Bobby at the party too.

Audrina Patridge sat down with the LA Times and dished about her 'career' and her relationship with her Hills co-star, Lauren Conrad.

Here's are the HIGHlights of the interview.

It's so obvious to us that she can't stand L.C. and is just making nice for the cameras!

Is Lauren your friend?
We live together, so yeah, we see each other a lot while the show is taping. Sometimes I see her when it's not.

But is she your friend outside of "The Hills"?
We don't have a lot of the same friends, but we try to reserve one night a week to hang out. In the fourth season, you'll see our fight gets cleared up. Basically, I just start doing my own thing separately from her and Lo [Lauren Bosworth], and I get busy. But you know, things change and friendships do drift apart sometimes. Lauren and I aren't not friends, we're just not as close as we used to be.

What about Lo? Do you blame moving in together with her and Lauren for the rift in your friendship?
I do think living in that separate guest house of mine was definitely the cause of the tension between Lauren and me. We were used to being right next to each other in our apartment. I don't really blame Lo, she and Lauren have been friends for a long time.

The 'real' drama that follows The Hills star Lauren Conrad is better than the 'reality' portrayed in the show!

According to Access Hollywood, the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Building and Safety is investigating whether or not there is an illegal residence on LC's property.

As y'all know Audrina Patridge lives (lived?) in the back guest house.

However, it appears that the house is not permitted for a second dwelling!

Isn't that something that you should research before you sink loads of money into a house?

Conrad's probably not paying any of it, though. MTV is most likely fronting the bills!

But, wait.

There's more!

A neighborhood snitch reveals that on Sunday morning at around 1:00 am, several cars filled with girls and guys parked outside of LC's house, yelled profanities, honked their horns, and then drove off.

They returned again at 1:30, and again at 1:45, says the source, who witnessed and heard the incident!

We're guessing they must have been Audrina's friends.

How trashy!!

She just got back from a family vacation in Italy and already there's drama (the real kind) at her crib!

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that SOMEONE moved out of Lauren Conrad's home this today, Friday afternoon!

A neighborhood snitch tells us that there was a moving truck and a personal car being loaded with stuff at about 1pm PST.

The source also reports that there was screaming between two girls.

Not sure why, but apparently, a cop car also showed up!!!
 
We assume the person who moved out is Audrina. It's the most obvious answer!

What did Lo and LC do to finally drive Audrina out?!?!?!?

Look, they even go out together!

And, we're sure they're not being forced to by their show's producers!

The Hills villain, Lo Bosworth, its anti-hero, Lauren Conrad, and supporting character, Audrina Patridge, went out for some din din and to film for their unscripted drama, Wednesday night at Kumo Restaurant in Los Angeles.

This is sooooo forced!

Amidst multiple reports of Lauren Conrad's diva ways and manipulativeness, The Hills star made it a point to be seen out in public with frienemy and housemate Audrina Patridge last night.

The pair have barely been speaking to one another, much less going out!

Audrina and L.C. hit up Crown Bar on Wednesday, with little Lo Bosworth not far behind Conrad's ass.

Is Lauren gonna freak out when Lo starts to outshine her and get more press too????
