Looks like things are getting serious between Holly Madison and her "mysterious adventure buddy," Benji Madden.

The two were spotted hanging out together back in December, and since then rumors of them dating began to circulate.

Holly finally spoke up and admitted to liking Madden and called him her "adventure buddy."

And a source now adds that "It's heating up between them."

The couple was spotted this past weekend pAArtying it up in Vegas. They headed to a boxing match, to dinner, and a few clubs.

Looks like love is in the air for these two. The question remains though, will it last?

Paris Hilton was spotted chatting up ex-boyfriend Benji Madden while he was manning the DJ Booth at the Trousdale Nightclub in El Lay last night!

Nice to see some exes can still manage to get along in front of the cameras after calling it quits romantically!!

Benji Madden recently posted this picture all over this Twitter page to promote his stint at ELLISMANIA 5, where he will be stepping into the ring with Daisy of Love reject Riki Rachtman.

Good Charlotte has decided that they suck and they need to start over, essentially.

The band announced that the have scrapped their new album, before it has ever been heard by their fans, and plan to return to the studio to record a brand new disc.

The tough call came from Benji Madden, who was unhappy with the way the tracks sounded, and now the band is back in Vancouver to start all over again.

In a message posted on the band's website, Benji explains:

"When we got back from the last trip to Australia, we had pretty much finished recording the record. I went into the studio to hear some roughs and it just wasn't right.

I couldn't figure it out. I was so lost. I love the songs, I love the lyrics, so what was the problem. I was just so bewildered. Devastated actually.

This had never happened. I felt crazy. Like this. I told our manager to just PAUSE everything and I need time to think. I called all the boys immediately and called an emergency meeting. Everyone sat down. And I just said 'Guys, we gotta start over'."
And his bandmates agreed.

I was expecting everyone to freak on me and say 'What?!' But Billy (Martin) was the first to speak, and right away he said 'I knew you were gonna say that. My gut is telling me the same thing. Let's do it.' Everyone agreed."

Let's hope it is worth all this trouble and money. We are expecting great things from you now.

Who knew Holly Madison was desperate enough to date Paris Hilton's rejects?

We mentioned last week that rumors kept circulating about Madison and Benji Madden hooking up. Though at the time, Holly would only admit that she had a "crush" on him.

But after more sightings of the two together, and very flirtatious Tweets, people are starting to believe these two are a real couple.

And when asked recently, Holly simply responded with, "I don't want to talk about him, except that I like him."

That was a loaded response!

Madden was even spotted yesterday hanging out at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas where Holly is currently living while she performs in Peep Show.

Though she insists they aren't a couple, but rather, he's her fuck buddy "mysterious adventure buddy."

Cause she admits, "I think everyone needs an adventure buddy."

Let's hope Holly doesn't start dressing like Madden the way Paris did. Gag. That was bad enough one time around.

It seems there are some sparks between former Girl Next Door Holly Madison and Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden.

According to Life & Style, the two have officially started dating after months of flirty Tweets!

“You can say I’m hanging out with someone I have a crush on,” says Holly. “[Benji] is just someone I have a crush on…for now!”

No kidding!

Holly and Charlotte were seen at an El Lay Starbucks on Sunday like foam on a latte - the pair were all over each other!

“It was obvious something was going on between them,” said an onlooker. “Benji stood next to Holly with his arm around her. He was rubbing her lower back and the top of her butt, and she was hanging on his shoulder. They were laughing and flirting the entire time. They couldn’t take their hands off each other!”

We wonder how long that's gonna last!

Nicole Richie's babydaddy, Joel Madden, and brother Benji were being interviewed on Australia's FOX FM when the hosts apparently took it too far by testing out the theory that twins can sense what the other is feeling.

Benji was blindfolded while Joel was given that famous picture of Brit Brit showing off her lady bits when he told hosts Matt and Jo "I think I'm pretty laid back dude, but you guys are getting on my nerves."

The two apologized and moved on the the next challenge, but Joel had had enough and got up and left telling Benji "we're outta here".

Yikes! Who knew Britney's vajayjay could make someone so mad???

But Joel eventually cooled off Tweeting:

Done for the day. Nice one. This mornings radio thing wasn't that big a deal. Just didn't want to waste anyone's time. Nothing news worthy

We can't say we blame him. Sounded pretty stoopid to us.

Katy Perry showed up at Lavo in Las Vegas on Saturday night with none other than Hilton's ex, Benji Madden.

A well-placed source tells us, "They were with friends but you could definitely tell they were on a date! There wasn't any public making out but they were very "friendly" with each other."

Were they canoodling????

Date or not, Perry definitely seemed to be having a VERY good time.

Well into Sunday morning, a drunk spirited Katy took to the microphone and gave all the clubgoers a very special Valentine's greeting.
