Bethenny Frankel scored a pretty major victory in court!
On Tuesday, appeals court judges decided the Real Housewives of New York starlet no longer has to pay her ex-husband Jason Hoppy spousal support every month.
The 45-year-old was owing Jason $11,852 a month in temporary maintenance alone!!
It was explained of the court's ruling:
"We find that the broad and expansive language used by the parties in their agreement forecloses the husband from seeking any kind of spousal support, including temporary support. After acknowledging and representing that they are 'fully capable of being self supporting,' the parties agreed to ‘waive any and all claims for spousal support and/or maintenance' ‘both now and in the future.'"
The Skinnygirl founder even reacted to the good news on Twitter, writing:
What is going on with Bethenny Frankel?
However, what left many of us scratching our heads, was Miz Frankel's vague reference to a health scare in the edited footage. Well, it seems like it's more than just a scare as the 45-year-old has opened up (only a bit) about her health status.
In a recent interview with People magazine, the brunette beauty explained:
You're gonna know her name!
But Andy Cohen is a kind god and finally gave us the trailer for RHONY Season 8 on Tuesday!
fan-favorites wall flowers Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman got the boot after Season 7, Bethenny Frankel, Ramona Singer, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, and Dorinda Medley are back for more drama than ever.
Plus, we finally got an official look at newbie Jules Wainstein!
From the looks of things, we're thinking this season is going to be all about Dorinda and John Mahdessian, Carole and Adam Kenworthy, Bethenny and her business, and LuAnn and her pretension. LOLz!
Ch-ch-check out a sneak peek of RHONY ahead of its premiere Wednesday, April 6 at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo (above)!!!
On Monday, the Countess revealed that she and Tom D'Agostino Jr. are getting married after meeting nine months ago.
"I got the 411. She got engaged Saturday night. There is a ring. I think it's a yellow diamond and it's decently large, and she called Page Six right after so, it's a normal engagement! Isn't that what everybody does?"
Ummmm… We're sensing some shade in that comment!
However, the Skinnygirl founder insists that she supports the upcoming union, adding:
Bethenny Frankel is NOT backing down!
The reality TV personality wrote:
Not surprisingly, many felt Miz Frankel's rant was extremely racist.
On Tuesday, the 45-year-old attended the Skinnygirl candy launch in New York City where she REFUSED to apologize for what she wrote.
Bethenny Frankel, is that you??
The 45-year-old TV personality pulled a Kylie Jenner on Tuesday sporting brand new bright red locks while promoting her Skinnygirl brand of sweets at Dylan's Candy store in Manhattan.
The momma matched her new 'do looking fierce in a black and white jumpsuit.
According to an interview from Allure, Tokyo says his wigs range from $675 to anywhere in the thousands.
Miz Frankel has had black hair ever since 2008 which she first appeared on the small screen. She says of the change:
"It's a wig. I had been wanting to [go red] and then today was such a great excuse. A gentleman named Tokyo made it for me. He's lovely … It's Skinnygirl red!"
Ch-ch-check out some more snaps from the Naturally Thin author's big day in the city:
Well, Bethenny Frankel has never been one to bite her tongue.
The Real Housewives star is fiery, and she says what she thinks — that's why so many people like her, after all!
But did the TV star go too far on Friday, when she made some questionable comments about Kmart employees who didn't speak English?!
The reality maven took to Twitter and sent out the following message (below) that caused ALL the controversy:
