"Oh God! I don’t want to have kids for like 10 years. I still have a lot to do. I don’t even know if I could handle a dog right now. I’m so not ready. Someday I’ll be a mom but not until I’m in my 30s." - Avril Lavigne tells OK! magazine, on having kids [Image via WENN.] Permalink / 53 comments (RSS) » Quote Of The Day
"No-strings relationships have helped cure me of love addiction. All my life I've been in long-term monogamous relationships. I had to break that pattern by not allowing myself to have a relationship for a year, stopping myself from committing to men. I haven't been celibate. I've had lots of dates and lots of sex, but I haven't been pushing to turn a date into a relationship. This has been a huge thing for me." - Alanis Morissette, on how she got over her split from Ryan Reynolds [Image via WENN.] Permalink / 170 comments (RSS) » Fired!
What you do off the clock could cost you your job! We mentioned a few days ago that long time Andrew Lloyd Webber associate Simon Lee, who was also one the judges on the Canuck reality show How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria, was arrested on Sunday for assault and forced imprisonment. He pulled a Boy George and attempted to trap some dude in his HOtel room. Well, his shenanigans have cost him dearly. He's been fired as the musical supervisor of the upcoming Toronto-based Lloyd Webber production of The Sound of Music. The PR firm repping the production said, "Simon is a very talented person who is extremely important to us. However, on this occasion we felt it was necessary to seek the termination of his engagement on The Sound of Music in Toronto. The alleged events are subject to legal proceedings and, therefore, we can't comment further." There's no such thing as loyalty during a time of scandal! Canadian hotness Ryan Gosling was spotted DJ'ing at Hollywood lounge Green Door on Tuesday night. This is reportedly going to be a weekly deejay gig for the actor, who also has a band as a hobby. A friend of Gosling's says, "It's a pretty new thing for him. He's been messing around. He's really into music, and he's a fan of the night (Tuesday is jazz night at the lounge) – and here he is." Ryan spun tunes from '40s and '50s and dressed 'from the era' - white T, black pants and motorcycle jacket. We might have to head down and see him one Tuesday night! Kansas City's not the only place pregnant prostitutes can get work! In Barrie, Canada a, recent vice sting netted 12 suspected hookers — including two pregnant women and a grandmother. Cool! Granny hookers can get gigs in Canadialand too! They're so equal opportunity across the border. [Image via WENN.] Permalink / 142 comments (RSS) » |
