Look at those smiles!!
Family continues to surround Joey Feek as she receives at-home hospice care for terminal cervical cancer.
Her husband and bandmate Rory Feek shared a happy update on Thursday, showing a picture of Joey with their daughter Indiana and a friend, captioned:
"The mail lady delivered us big smiles today. Hand-sewn hats, made with love."
All the feels!
On Wednesday, the couple celebrated little Indiana turning 21 months by posting a throwback video of a then-pregnant Joey:
What a relief!
Just a week after Vicki Gunvalson learned that Brooks Ayers lied about his cancer diagnosis, the reality star got some GREAT news about her daughter Briana Gunvalson.
According to Vicki, a recent biopsy of Briana's lymph nodes revealed she's cancer FREE. Woohoo!!
Check out the momma's ecstatic tweet (below)!
Such fabulous news! Considering the insurance mogul is facing a lot of backlash from her Real Housewives of Orange County costars and the public right now, we bet this happy info was just what she needed.
For those who don't know, this isn't the first time Briana underwent a biopsy. In 2010, the mother of two got tested for cancer after a doctor found several tumors the size of grapes on her thyroid and through her neck. Yikes!
Hopefully these cancer scares will help Vicki to keep sight of what's really important — her family. Not to mention the OG of the OC should realize that good health is precious and shouldn't be lied about!
Congrats on your cancer free diagnosis Briana! We can't wait to see you and the fam back on TV!

Joey and Rory Feek are staying positive as Joey receives at-home hospice care following ineffective chemotherapy treatments for stage IV cervical cancer.
As Joey continues to spend precious time with her loved ones, the faith remains that a miracle will happen.
The country duo's family shared a statement with People, thanking fans for all of the support:
"Thank you for the kind words, prayers and endless encouragement during this time. Joey and Rory still have hope for a miracle, but realize one has already happened through the outpouring of love and prayers for them during this journey. They are cherishing every moment spent together and have found peace through the path God is leading them down."
What an inspiring message.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with Joey and the Feek's during this very difficult time.

Every moment counts.
Joey Feek is surrounded by love as she's under at-home hospice care following ineffective chemotherapy treatments for stage IV cervical cancer.
The 40-year-old country singer's husband and band mate Rory posted a touching image to their Joey + Rory Facebook page on Sunday of a group hug between Joey with step-daughters Heidi and Hopie, and the couple's 21-month-old daughter, Indiana.
"Our girls drove up here last night to spend more time with their mom and baby sister."
Our thoughts continue to be with Joey and her incredibly supportive family during this very difficult time.

Oh boy, it's been quite the week!
Though Vicki Gunvalson's ex has yet to fully come forward and confirm that his illness is a total shame — he's at least absolved his former flame of any blame. Phew!

The Real Housewives of Orange County producers were NOT fooled by Brooks Ayers!
Despite Brooks' "charm" and his scary ability to tell lie after lie, employees on the franchise were not duped by the con man. In fact, they knew Ayers was fabricating tales from the very beginning!
A source close to the crew explained:
"The crew would go to film outside the hospital for an hour or so while Brooks was inside. When he came out, he would refuse to talk about the 'treatment' he had just undergone. He couldn't answer anyone's questions."‘
Ugh. So shady! The only thing B.A. could ever provide was contradictions and never answers!
The insider elaborated on the gross situation, saying:
"Everyone knew he was lying about the whole thing. He didn't have anyone fooled!"
To be honest, we're surprised Brooks wasn't outed earlier. Why didn't someone call City of Hope at the start of this mess?
Either way, the Mississippi native is STILL committed to his lies and is STILL blaming Vicki Gunvalson's costars. While he didn't speak out explicityly, take a look at a message Ayers re-tweeted earlier today!
And on Thursday, The Challenge competitor's friends and family decided to celebrate her life at No.8 club in NYC.
The Fresh Meat star's loved ones decided to honor the late blonde beauty by dancing the night away at an '80s-themed party.
At the event, Real World alum Aneesa Ferreira told People that she will always remember Diem's bravery, saying:
"She was one of the good ones. People respected her for standing up to cancer and laughing in its face."
The 34-year-old also explained that the night's dance theme was the perfect way to pay tribute to the lovely lady's life, adding:
"We were always dancing together. No one could compete with her on the dance floor – whether she had hair or didn't!"
The party also served as a fundraiser for the entertainment reporter's charity, MedGift. Her sister Megan Brown hoped everyone remembers that her sibling lived her life to the fullest, even while she fought the disease for over a decade, saying:
"I hope people remember, she was diagnosed at 22 and passed at 34. In that short time she did more than people do their whole lives. After she passed I realized she inspired thousands and thousands. She was an inspiration of strength and had a love of life."
She said this is something that Diem tried to instill in her family up until the end, commenting:
"In the last few days of her life she would say 'Live like it's your last day.' She never realized how quickly cancer was going to take her. I think she would want everyone to not sweat the small stuff, and focus on the big story – surround yourself with good people and live your life to the fullest."
Our hearts are with Diem's friends and family as the emotional anniversary approaches, and we will always remember her beauty and love of life.
