The inspiring and amazing Taylor Swift has gone the extra mile once again!

The 24-year-old superstar has donated $50,000 to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and that money will be put towards a "high-tech music therapy program" specifically for children in the hospital's Cancer Center.

Here's what the chief executive officer of the hospital, Steven M. Altschuler, said in a statement:

Brayden Denton's family had a very special memorial service for him after his battle with brain cancer.

One of the most inspiring persons we've ever heard about, Stephen Sutton, died on May 14th after a long battle with terminal cancer.

The tragic event happened after Stephen was readmitted to the hospital three days ago, and he eventually succumbed to bowel cancer.

The loss of the brilliant 19-year-old, who raised over $5 Million dollars for the charity Teenage Cancer Trust, was felt around the world as hundreds of thousands of internet users tried to donate to his Just Giving page before it temporarily crashed.
