As Ciara went out shopping in El Lay on Wednesday, the singer blatantly forgot to conceal the goods.

We hope there was some underwear in that bag because there's nothing more disturbing than a crack addict!

Britney Spears just announced the opening acts for the second leg of her North American tour!!!

The lucky ladies are Grammy-winner Ciara and pop newbie Kristinia DeBarge!!!

Both singers are thrilled to join the 20-city tour beginning in August!

"Joining Britney Spears for her "Circus" tour will be an amazing and surreal experience for me. I have been dreaming of an opportunity like this forever, and can't wait," exclaims DeBarge.

Damn right!!!
