The New York native, who spent his teen years going to school in Orlando, issued this statement about the exciting new venture, saying:
"After years of working on television food shows, I'm excited to open this new venture which is a combination of who I am, where I'm from and where I've been. Launching Fat One's at The Florida Mall, where I roamed as a middle school kid, felt like a perfect fit for our first location."
Plus, he also took to Twitter to share the good news, posting:
The fast food gods have answered our prayers!
Recently, Burger King just unveiled its new product and they totally outdid themselves!
Called the Mac N' Cheetos, the fast food chain will sell fried macaroni and cheese sticks covered in Cheetos-breading! Basically, it's a mozzarella stick that looks like a giant Cheeto puff!
This yummy item is the result of a partnership between BK and Frito-Lay, the company that owns Cheetos, Doritos, Ruffles, and other famous chips!
The Mac N' Cheetos will be sold for eight weeks until supplies last. It will only set you back $2.49 for five sticks, and contains 310 calories. Not bad!
RUN, don't walk, to your nearest BK!

Do you have a nail-biting/finger-licking habit that doesn't leave the delicious taste of KFC chicken in your mouth?
Your prayers have been answered.
It has been recently announced that the KFC in Hong Kong is releasing limited edition FLAVORED and EDIBLE nail polish so your nails can look amazing and taste like Original Recipe or Hot & Spicy, depending on your mood.
Here's an actual statement about this insanity:
"KFC's signature flavors — Original Recipe and Hot & Spicy — have been carefully formulated from natural ingredients into edible nail polish and packaged in a stylish glass bottle and minimal box with over gloss details to appeal to young consumers' love of food and fashion. Simply apply and dry like regular nail polish and then lick — again and again and again to taste why the world's favourite chicken is Finger Lickin' Good."
Is this the dystopian future we have to look forward to?!
The two colors released are a hot sauce-inspired orange and a rather basic beige, and they come in bottles that say "Finger Lickin' Good."
Ew? Yum? Who knows!
Please watch a video clip for the polish (below) and allow it to enrich your Thursday like nothing else can.
