Be the change you wish to see in the post-Glee world!
Hollywood's radical lack of diversity has been the talk of the town ever since the Oscars tried to get away with only nominating white actors again this year, and it looks like the issue is really getting through to some people with sway.
While the Academy has already taken steps to ensure better representation in future years, a heavy-hitter in the world of TV is also making a pledge towards furthering equality in media.
In an effort to get a more diverse directorial team, Ryan spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about his new project's purpose, saying:
While most of the Glee cast besides Lea Michele, Jane Lynch and Matthew Morrison have been relatively quiet, late addition to the show Alex Newell has been making a lot of noise lately!!
The powerhouse vocalist collabed with Clean Bandit last year and now he's ready to take the solo stage in 2016 and snatch some wigs!
His new single, This Ain't Over, sounds like a 90s dance anthem as written by Perezcious fave MNEK and produced by fellow fave Disclosure.
In other words, it's a banger!!!!!!!

The People's Choice Awards are here!
And how better to open the ceremony than the fierce, funny, truly choice comic antics of Jane Lynch?
The Angel From Hell star decided to kick off the show with a super peppy Glee-esque musical number about… choosing!
Performing with who we assume were Sue Sylvester's Cheerios, the comedienne sang to the tune of Walk The Moon's Shut Up and Dance!
Aside from a few corny lines, the opening number was really enjoyable — and reminded us that at this award show the FANS are in charge!!
Lynch then made some jokes in a monologue where she referenced all the year's biggest trends, and described herself as a "masculine Neil Patrick Harris"! LOLz!
Check out the opening number (above)!
And be sure to stay updated on the winners list as it's revealed HERE!
We're so happy for Lea Michele.
In a appearance on the Fempire podcast with hosts Becca Tobin (Lea's bestie), Keltie Knight, and Jac Vanek, Miz Michele couldn't help but gush about her 30-year-old love:
"At the end of the day, this industry is really tough, and the only way to get through is to create a solid unit, and that's really what we've been since day one. We've stood by each other through anything that was thrown our way. [Matt] is a such a great man that he would never really let anything like that ever crack our lovely little core that we've created."
Paetz also completely respects Michele's past relationship and loss:
"He is very respectful towards the person that I was with, and that, again, is something I love so much about him. I really know that Cory would love him too."
All the feels!!
"I really would love to be best friends with Chrissy Teigen. I feel like she would cook for me, she would defend bullies for me. I would go to their house and John Legend would be singing or naked in a shower somewhere… I feel like me and Matt would be really good friends with them."
LOL! Join the club, sister!

Naya Rivera Dorsey is tackling those New Year's resolutions EARLY!
The 28-year-old actress gave birth to her adorable son Josey Hollis with husband Ryan Dorsey not even four months ago, and she's already so close to achieving her post-baby body goal!
Things just keep getting worse for him…
Luckily for the 33-year-old, if the whole thing happens to somehow be a giant misunderstanding, he won't be losing his role in the upcoming movie Gods and Secrets.
According to director Adi Shankar, he wants to wait to hold off judgement until it's proven that Mark has broken the law, saying:
