Well, he's not going to let his lawyer do all the talking!
Tyga responded on Instagram on Tuesday, and he's gone... positive? Ch-ch-check out the pic (below):
Rob Fusari, the record producer that discovered Lady GaGa, withdrew $2.3 million and entered rehab during the time he was meant to pay Wendy Starland $7.3 million for co-discovering the pop star.
As we previously reported, the songwriter sued her former peer after she claimed that she had been cheated out of money she was owed for assisting in the discovery of the Just Dance singer.
Back in November, a judge sided with the Los Angeles native and ordered the controversial producer to pay the funds owed.
However, on Tuesday, Wendy's lawyers claimed that a bankruptcy review showed that the Grammy winner had been making cash withdrawals since February when the $7.3 million judgement was officially entered.
As we reported in December, X-tina hit up the theme park to celebrate her 34th birthday where she reportedly got into a huge fight with Mickey Mouse!
The pop diva tried to get a picture with the character but was forced to wait as the performer had to go on break.
Well NO ONE puts the pint size performer on hold, and she allegedly called the dude an 'asshole'!
Pluto is not going to be happy about this!
Fast forward to this past weekend, it seems like Miz Aguilera's feud with Mr. Mouse is over!
The Beautiful singer visited the magical place on Saturday AND Sunday with her fiancé Matt Rutler and her son Max!
On Sunday, the Grammy winner
It seems Sam Smith keeps his spirits high by taking #selfies!
The Stay With Me singer took to Instagram on Thursday as he waited at the hospital to undergo vocal surgery.
In order to ease his nerves and to keep his fans in the loop, the Grammy winner posted:
On Wednesday, Mariah Carey was forced to cancel her show at Caesars Palace due to a NASTY case of bronchitis. Waah!!
The Without You singer began her much anticipated residency in Las Vegas last Wednesday — and fans were loving it!

It's been a minute since we've gotten to hear a new song from Mika. The Grammy-nominated artist has been busy judging people on The Voice France and The Voice Italy before he found some free time to work on new music!
The singer's upcoming album No Place in Heaven is set to be released on June 16. Leading off the album is the single Talk About You and it's fantastic!
In the music video, Mika encounters dancing buildings in what would be a trip to downtown if he was on some sort of hallucinogenic. LOLz!
It gets better when he travels to the mysterious jungle and passes dangerous dancing animals before he goes on a desert road trip to be faced with dancing cacti!
Check out the upbeat song (above) to see how life would be if inanimate objects had the ability to dance!
An amazing performance for an amazing cause!
Sunday night, T-Boz performed a soulful rendition of TLC's Waterfalls for the Sickle Cell Foundation Support Group in El Lay. All proceeds of the night went towards the Sickle Cell Foundation too!
In case you didn't know, the Grammy-winning artist was diagnosed with Sickle Cell anemia at just seven years old, and though she was not expected to have children or live past her 30s, the now 44-year-old beat the odds and has a 14-year old daughter!
Other special guests of the night included ATLA, Eric Bellinger, Faith Evans, Raphael Saadiq, and Kat Graham, who also took to the stage to perform her TLC-influenced single 1991!
We wish T-Boz was also joined by bandmate Chili for the Waterfalls performance, but she was absent from the event. It was still FAB though!
It's no surprise that John Legend is a brilliant songwriter.
Now, it looks like the 36-year-old will be producing an untitled musical-romantic drama that's set to star Grammy-winning artist Miguel!
The story follows a former one-hit wonder who is hired to coach an aspiring singer auditioning for a singing competition show. During this journey, he regains the love and passion he lost for music due to his dwindled career.
The story will be told mostly through music, and is expected to start production in Philadelphia.
There's a good chance Legend will be writing some of the music for the film since he is a longtime friend and collaborator with Nabil Elderkin, who is set to direct the flick.
Hmmm, a once famous star who reignites the flame of his lost career? Could this end up being a musical version of Birdman? We see you, Oscars!
