Nichelle Hines stopped by our offices just in time to promote her new reality series Hollywood Cycle!
Nichelle is the CRO, that's Chief Riding Officer, over at Cycle House in Los Angeles, but she's about to also be the star of the newest E! docu-series.
The fitness instructor spoke to us exclusively about what it's like to train celebrities, how her life has changed since getting a TV show, and even her own weight loss journey!
But what's her ideal playlist to listen to while burning those calories?
"I like to call it PB&J — Pretty Bey and Jay Z. They're my all-time favorites! I think I would have an issue if they came to class! I'd be like, 'I need a minute' to go and get myself together!
I'm also loving Alesso's album and the Jack Ü album — especially Where Are Ü Now and the Take Ü There remix with Missy Elliott! I'll throw some random Nirvana in there, sometimes! I also love the new U Mad song with Vic Mensa and Kanye, the Furious 7 soundtrack, Afrojack, the new Meek Mill album, and Feelin' Myself with Nicki Minaj and Beyonce!"
That sounds like the perfect workout mix to us!
You can catch the premiere of Hollywood Cycle on Tuesday, July 7th at 10/9c on E!
Ch-ch-check out our exclusive interview with Nichelle (above)!!!
Gurl, get better soon!!!
Now, that same vocal cord problem is forcing her to postpone two more tour dates! Sadz!
Trainer took to Instagram to update fans on her health situation, posting (below):
This is too sad.
Jerry Weintraub has tragically passed away at the age of 77. After spending 30 hours in the hospital over the weekend, the entertainment mogul suffered two heart attacks.
TMZ reported the infarctions happened after his bowel ruptured, poisoning his body.
Jerry had reportedly been staying at the Biltmore Hotel in Montecito and started feeling sick after going to a Fourth of July barbeque on Saturday.
His partner, Susie, called an ambulance in the middle of the night, for what the Hollywood agent had thought was only food poisoning.
When he got to the hospital, doctors told Jerry he had a bowel obstruction, but the CT scan didn't reveal anything of concern.
For the next 30 hours, the Ocean's Eleven producer stayed in his hospital bed while the medical professionals tried to figure out what was wrong.
Then early Monday morning, Jerry insisted he be allowed to leave, but the doctors declined, explaining that they still needed to monitor him.
The talent agent had his first heart attack just after 6 a.m. that morning. So, doctors scanned him again and saw that his bowel had ruptured, but they aren't sure when exactly it had happened.
Jerry was then moved to the ICU, where two hours later he suffered the second heart attack. He passed away just before 1 p.m. on Monday.
The 77-year-old was an incredible force in both the film and music industries. In addition to the Ocean's movies, he also produced The Karate Kid, and managed such stars as Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, and Barbara Streisand.
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this truly sad loss.

After a tumultuous year, Nicholas Brendon is finally asking for help.
As we reported in May, the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star was arrested for the THIRD time this year for an incident involving substance abuse.
Although the 44-year-old checked himself into rehab early last month, it appears he is still in dire need of professional coaching.
And he is asking for celebrity physician Dr. Drew!
On Saturday, the actor went on Twitter to ask his many followers to help him get in touch with the TV personality.
Nick Gordon is adamant that he's innocent.
With Bobbi Kristina currently unresponsive in her Atlanta area hospice, her boyfriend Nick has been recorded giving his true thoughts on what led to her incident on Jan. 31.
While many of Krissy's family members think her BF may have had something to do with her being found in her bathroom, Nick thinks it was her car accident four days before she was found that made her abuse drugs and alcohol, not him.
Someone on Bobby Brown's side of the family reportedly recorded Nick on the telephone without his knowledge three weeks after Krissy was found, where he states:
