"LOL ‼️😂😂😭😭🤔🤔 still got a lot of work to do and weight to lose but glad I'm getting better :):):)"
He definitely sounds like he's getting his confidence back!!
The reality TV star has every reason to celebrate how much progress he's made in 2016, so we're glad he's doing just that!
Who knows, maybe he can even write a book about his journey??

Last week, we got a little bit worried when Joe Jackson was hospitalized again!
Michael Jackson's father was checked into a medical facility after things got a bit serious at a routine checkup. While at the hospital, the 87-year-old was supposedly running a high fever and docs couldn't quite figure out what was wrong.
"I would like to thank you all for the get well wishes and prayers. I am doing much better and growing stronger by the day. Doctors have ordered rest. Thank you always for having me in your thoughts and prayers."
However, not everyone thought he was going to recover. When word got out about his hospitalized, rumors ran rampant that the famous father had actually passed away!

On Tuesday, the gorgeous gal announced through People that she'll be releasing a book documenting some shocking issues she's gone through during her life.
The funny lady revealed that her first memoir, I'm Fine … And Other Lies, will be all about some of her more scandalous life experiences, saying:
"I always told myself I would wait to write a book until I had accumulated enough humiliating mistakes to actually make the read worth your time. I've dated a gay guy, had my hair fall out from not eating enough fat, put family members in rehab, and come very close to spending my life in a Guatemalan prison. I've also accumulated a compendium of knowledge that can save you a lot of time."
The 33-year-old also explained that, even though she looks happy and healthy now, she suffered from an eating disorder for a while, adding:
And her current battle with depression.
In a new interview with Us Weekly, the 21-year-old revealed she's been suffering from prenatal depression, and divulged how the symptoms have been since becoming pregnant six weeks ago:
"My depression affects my appetite, sleeping patterns and overall perspective on life. At times, I have severe insomnia and other times I find myself sleeping too much. I have feelings of hopelessness but experience many moments of absolute euphoria."
The momma-to-be, who is also taking Xanax to treat her anxiety, continued:
"I already love this baby so much. I just fear the thought of motherhood. It's such an overwhelming responsibility and I want to be the very best mommy that I can possibly be."
Court touched upon feeling overwhelmed back when she made the announcement two weeks ago. Luckily though, she's been able to put her feelings down on paper.
