People complain that too many celebrities just throw money at charities instead of taking an active role, but not this guy!

John Legend has managed to raise $540,000 for AIDS research by auctioning off not one, but TWO private concerts during amfAR's 25th annual gala in Milan, Italy on Friday.

Each concert at the charity event hosted by Heidi Klum went for for $270,000!

Heidi Klum vacationed in Spain Monday and showed off her beach yacht body while relaxing with her family and friends as they floated in the Mediterranean.

The former Victoria's Secret model proved she could still strut her stuff in a two piece bikini when her arms weren't wrapped around her husband, Seal.

Heidi Klum has joined forces with AOL CEO Tim Armstrong and AOL Employees to inspire fans, friends, and random people to get out and stay active this summer in NYC!

It's been a big success and she's logged over 116 miles already, adding to the groups impressive 18,000 collective miles!

This is wonderful to see! We hope everyone — the employees, the friends and family — can all keep it up well after the AOL Summer Run has ended!

We all know that Heidi Klum loves her fashion and she loves her fitness!

So, she's merged her two passions into one by creating HKNB, her new line of New Balance running sneakers.

Available in three stylish colors, the collection includes two popular heritage models, the 410 and the 320. Speaking of her new line, Heidi says:

"We all need a good pair of sneakers whether its for running to the gym or running to the store. I have extended my line with New Balance and designed a few stylish pairs of sneakers. Very exciting!"

We're equally excited! The shoes look fun and comfortable! We're already inspired to get out there and take a jog!

Heidi Klum to the rescue!

The model is not only motivating her pal Kim Kardashian, but she's also helping her get fit for her wedding to Kris Humphries by being a jogging buddy!

Ever since Kim filmed an ep of Project Runway, the two have really hit it off. Both Kim and Heidi have gone running in Battery Park in New York City and have been hitting the gym regularly together.

And Kim really wants to shed those pounds and look amazing in her wedding dress. According to her trainer Gunnar Peterson, Kim uses a combo of upper and lower body strength moves along with a core workout and cardio intervals.

As for Heidi's PR co-star, designer Michael Kors, he's hoping that Kim will choose a dress that's "clean, sleek and simple. But dramatic, because she can pull off dramatic looks."

With Heidi's help and support, Kim is shedding those pounds and toning up so pretty much any dress will look great on her!

We know it's hard work, but you can do it, Kim! Keep it up!
