There really are a lot of crazies out there! And, unfortunately for Jennifer Garner, she knows that firsthand.

Violet's mom has just obtained a court order to protect herself from some crazy ass fan stalker named Steven Burky, which in her declaration, she confirms that "Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me."

She adds that he's been sending "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country."

According to Garner, the harassment has been going on since 2002. However, she adds that in the last year, "his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening."

And Jen needs to think about her hubby and kids as well, as she adds "I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born."

One time Burky even showed up at her house and said "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."

Crazy!!!

Garner's security rep said that Burky described himself as a "crazed Alias fan" and one time followed her to an event, gave her flowers and a card with "I love you forever" written inside along with his contact info.

But, thankfully, earlier this month, a judge issued a temporary restraining order and the hearing scheduled for tomorrow will make it permanent. At the moment, the stalker is currently under a psychiatric hold for the mentally ill.

Let's hope this guy stars far, far away from Garner and her family now and forever!

Violet Affleck is overshadowing Suri Cruise on the cuteness factor.

Yesterday, Violet and her preggers mom, Jennifer Garner, were spotted on the way to school in Santa Monica.

Jennifer was joined by Ben Affleck and both took the time to drop off their daughter.

Such good parents.

Such a cute little baby.

And another cute baby on the way!

Little Violet Affleck is growing up so fast!

Baby V was spotted this weekend with her very pregnant mom, Jennifer Garner, and daddy Ben Affleck shopping in a toy store in New York.

The happy family spent some time bonding and picking out toys.

We can't say this enough… Violet really looks like such a happy, well-behaved, adorable little girl.

And we give all the credit to the parents.

The new Bennifer really knows how to keep a kid grounded and as normal as possible.

And unlike the Cruise fam, they don't stop and parade their daughter for the paparazzi like a show-horse.

She's so damn cute!

And her mommy is really good to her!

On Friday, Jen took her to the Treehouse Social Club so she could play with other kiddies and be a nice, normal, adjusted, happy child.

Her doting mom is the reason why she's probably always smiling!

It looks like Jennifer Garner is about to pop!

The pregnant mommy was spotted spending some quality time with her daughter at a restaurant in Brentwood on Sunday.

The camera shy mom quickly hurried out, put her daughter Violet Affleck in the car seat and drove away.

Wonder how many more days/weeks until she finally gives birth?

P.S. Give the grumpy pregnant woman some space!
