Whitney Houston will be represented at the Grammy awards tonight.
The awards show has chosen Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Khan to perform a "respectful musical tribute" to the singer at tonight's broadcast.
Grammy Executive Producer Ken Erhlich said:
"It's too fresh in everyone's memory to do more at this time, but we would be remiss if we didn't recognize Whitney's remarkable contribution to music fans in general, and, in particular, her close ties with the Grammy telecast and her Grammy wins and nominations over the years."
We have a feeling it's going to be an emotional night.

We're sorry to hear it. We have a feeling Jennifer would like to get this over with as soon as possible.
To recap - Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew were tragically murdered back in 2008.
Then last month, we heard that Jennifer might be called to testify as a witness in the court case against her brother-in-law William Balfour, the man accused of committing the triple murder.

We talked about this when I had my munchkin. It goes so fast. She's going to look up and [Blue Ivy]'s going to be six months. Next thing you know, she's going to be walking.
Embrace it. Especially because of the lives we live, a lot of times other people have to care for themselves and you have to have that mommy time."
Hear that, Beyonce?? Appreciate your baby girl now because time will go by soooo fast.
