Poor thing just can't get a break!

After cracking her head open in Miami last month, Kelly Osbourne has once again had a nasty accident…this time involving her left hand.

Here's what she tweeted about it:

So during Miley Cyrus' birthday party, Kelly Osbourne presented her a Bob Marley birthday cake.

Miley accepted the cake and "joked" she must be a huge stoner for friends to give her that kind of cake.

Someone at the party sold the tape and Kelly went off on Twitter, insisting it was all a joke.

Then, tons of tweeters started threatening Kelly because they have no lives of this and that.

But violence is never the answer! And Miley wants them to know! She tweeted in her friend's defense:

Obviously the film wasn't supposed to go public, but a "friend" made sure it did!

Now that it IS public, Kelly Osbourne is defending Miley, saying it was all a joke and calling out the "friend" who sold the tape:

Looks like salvia isn't the only thing Miley Cyrus is smoking!

At the singer's private 19th birthday bash at the Roosevelt Hotel Beacher's Madhouse Club in El Lay last week, Miley was given a Bob Marley birthday cake, in which she told the crowd:

When Kelly Osbourne sat down for an interview with Glamour UK, she opened Pandora's Box with a comment about her ex cheating on her with a "tranny."

Now, for those unaware, tranny (for some) is derogatory term for the transgendered community.

Kelly Osbourne has come a long way from when she first appeared on reality TV with her family.

Now the 29-year-old beauty will be appearing on reality television yet again, this time as a judge on Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model.

A source from BINTM reveals:

“The plan is for Kelly to come on board and shake things up. She is a massive fan of fashion and has good pedigree working on fashion shows. Crucially, she is also young and the whole point of the show is to find the next big thing.”

Miz Osbourne would likely be replacing either Grace Woodward or Charley Speed, with the source adding that the two ladies “have been on it for two years and producers are looking at how to change the line-up.”

Oh no!

We're sad to report that Kelly Osbourne was rushed to a Miami hospital over the weekend, after suffering a major head injury.

Kelly Osbourne was burning up at the E! Entertainment launch party in Germany on Monday night.

The Fashion Police star showed off her hot bod (and sweat marks) in a red Jexika dress paired with black and silver heels.

For the record, Kelly says her fashion "no no" was due to the heat lamps on the red carpet.
