Kimora Lee Simmons has announced the name of her third child.

The baby boy is named Kenzo Lee Hounsou.

This is the first child for the father, actor Djimon Hounsou.

We wish them well!!!!

Bet lil' Kenzo will grow up to be a model!

Kimora Lee Simmons has popped!

Hey, at least she cooled it with the childbirth-Tweeting.

Simmons gave birth to a healthy baby boy in Los Angeles yesterday, but the lil' tot's name has yet to be released.

The Baby Phat owner already has two girls from her previous marriage with Russell Simmons, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, but this is the first child for Kimora and husband Djimon Hounsou.

Kimora Lee Simmons is so hooked on Twitter, she can't help but tweet her way through her third childbirth!

Simmons is currently in the hospital about to give birth to her child with husband Djimon Hounsou and is taking followers of the official Baby Phat Twitter along for the ride.

Says Kimora:

"It's time !! No turning back! At hospital in labor right now!!"

"Having contractions now! Ooo- wee! It's like WHOA!"

Let's hope she doesn't go into too much more detail!

We're not ready to hear the dirty deets of her entire childbirth!

There's definitely no denying now that Kimora Lee Simmons is beyond the fat stage and totally preggers.

Just yesterday, the fashion diva was spotted with her "husband" Djimon Hounsou spending some quality time with the kids and their dogs at a park in Beverly Hills.

And by the look of things, Kimmi should be giving birth pretty soon.

Wonder if it'll finally be a boy?

Either way, that's gonna be one well-dressed little kid!

We guess getting pregnant (or planning to) really motivates some people to get married!

Just ask Kimora Lee Simmons Hounsou.

Reports are that the fashionista wed her longtime boyfriend, Djimon Hounsou over the summer in Djimon's native Benin, Africa.

However, and it's a big however, we all know Kimmora didn't officially get divorced from her hu$band, Russell Simmons, until two months ago,this past January 28th. Basically making her marriage illegal.

A source says about her African wedding that, “Both Kimora and Djimon wore traditional dashikis. She went whole hog with the African theme − there were African drums, a traditional ceremony with dancers . . . they even had a hut!”

As for her daughters, Ming and Aoki, they were both present at the ceremony. The source adds, “Aoki slept through the entire ceremony, and Ming cried. They were pretty confused as to what was going on.”

Friends in the US say Djimon has been eyeing some wedding rings recently. One source says last week he spent some time at a Beverly jeweler, adding, “Djimon didn’t appear to have made a decision that day. Other than the most important decision, of course. You know, the one where he puts a ring on Kimora’s finger and says ‘I do.’ ”

Either way, married or not, we hope Kimora is happy! Let's hope this "marriage" doesn't end in divorce!

All the divorce business between Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons has been sorted out!

On Thursday, Kimora was granted sole custody of the two daughters (9-year Ming and 6-year old Aoki) she had with the music mogul.

Why didn't he get ANY custody???? Very odd.

Kimora and Russell's divorce was finalized in January.

Court documents also show that Russell has agreed to pay $40,000 a month in child support until each daughter reaches 19 and a half years old.

Dayum! Them some expensive babies!

Writing a big check is so much easier than parenting 24/7, eh Russ?

Hey guys, look! It's a pregnant man!

Juuust kidding. It's only Kimora Lee Simmons, and we guess she must have all those baby-making parts after all because according to reports, she's pregnant!

It's going to be her third child and first child with actor Djimon Hounsou.

This is after telling Harper's Bazaar last year that "I have a lot of hang-ups in life with men. I'm not very trusting. After my breakup, I thought, 'I don't need anything.'"

What she meant to say was, "I don't need anything…besides a make-up artist, a man, and some spermination!"

Hounsou, to which Simmons is not married, says that Kimora has "great family values" and is "the least high maintenance woman" he's ever dated.

Oh really? We think it probably takes quite a bit of maintenance to go from this to this.

We're not quite sure why he felt compelled to do this, but Russell Simmon's publicist just sent us the following open letter from the hip hop mogul.

He says:

"Friends of mine have forwarded me gossip online about my custody agreement details with Kimora. The fact is, we've had a pretty good partnership at sharing the girls in the past. There have been a few bumps in the road, and those bumps have led us to negotiate a minimum amount of time I'm guaranteed to see my kids. That deal is as follows: I have the girls one full week out of every eight, half of the summer, half of all the holidays, a full week at Christmas, and half of Spring Break. Like in all good partnerships, contracts are meant to protect the partners but are usually not the only way the partners work together. If I show up in L.A., where she now lives, unannounced, I can call up Kimora and she will most likely send them right over. The same goes for when she comes to New York. We have always had a school in New York and a school with the same curriculum in L.A., so when the girls are with me in New York, we can spend quality time together. I can get up with them, take them to school and just be together.

Kimora consults with me about doctors or schools for the girls, but she's always had final say in those areas. If we had an argument about a school, guess who's going to win? But there are other stipulations in our agreement where we have to make final decisions together. Anything having to do with business decisions pertaining to my kids cannot be done without my consent.

I've also seen a lot about people reading into the supervised visits stipulation. Kimora travels with a security guard and a nanny. In the past, she's gotten really nervous that I never travel with security, so if it makes her more comfortable to have her security and a nanny with us when I'm with my kids, that's OK with me.

Finally, I want to say Kimora is a excellent mother and is doing a great job with them. My kids are studying a couple of foreign languages, they travel around the world, they practice yoga, ballet, swimming, karate and piano, among other things…sometimes I think they do too much, but I trust in Kimora on this because she IS a good mother. Regarding the money, my kids live a tremendous life. They do have lots of security, nannies, educators, special programs, travel, chefs, on and on. Their mother manages all of those luxuries and I'm happy to provide for that.
