MTV has made a mistake!

The music network had been advertising on their website the following:

"Monday …we're going to snitch a look at "Break the Ice," the next music video from a way-under-the-radar performer by the name of Britney Spears."

Well, it ain't gonna happen!

MTV has pulled that blurb from their site and released a statement saying, "The video is NOT premiering on Monday."

Bummer!

Shepratt is back!

Sources tell us that Spencer Pratt's sister, Stephanie, will be featured a lot in the upcoming season of The Hills.

Shepratt, who has a criminal past, will be "one of Lauren [Conrad]'s rivals."

In fact, Methface Stephanie has signed up for the same design school, FIDM, that Lauren "attends."

They've been filming the "realness" on campus, and all of that will be played out on these last 8 episodes of the season.

The Hills is starting to be shown on Channel 4 in the U.K., and before each episode over there they air this disclaimer:

'The following programme may contain scenes that have been created purely for entertainment purposes."

They're not even trying to hide it!

Celebrating New Year's Eve on MTV - for the second year in a row - was truly truly special, especially because we got to share it with some of our best friends and all you Perezcious peeps that watched!

Our night's mission was to meet Hayley from Paramore to express our love and congratulate her on an amazing year.

Mission accomplished!

Hayley is just so tiny. Little girl. BIG personality. We love her!

Seriously, Perez is a secret lesbian deep down inside.

P-Nasty with Damien Fahey and new TRL VJ Lindsey Rodriguez at our after-party at the Gansevoort Hotel.

Kinda crazy to think that Damien and P-Nasty were the only two people on the show last year and this year too.

We had sooooo much fun all night long!

2008 is gonna be even better. Trust.

So….

Thien Thanh Thi Nguyen officially announced Monday night that she and that Bobby dude broke up.

Apparently, he was upset that Thien didn't have enough time to see him. Cry me a river.

Nguyen also announced that she and MTV worked out their differences and that she was coming back for a second season of A Shot At Love.
