I know most of the public thinks my brother is some rich little selfish kid, but NO ONE knows the real story and I'm really pissed that the truth didn't come out from either side. A LOT of lies were told in that trial. Believe me. And it wasn't from us. John was NEVER home. He was at our house. ALL THE TIME. that should say enough…. Im not going to be out spoken right now, but If some s*** doesn't start getting straightened out, A lot of people are going to eat their words for lieing. I know all of the truth and I have back up. I never know how twisted this world could be but I'm starting to figure it out. And I'm gonna have to jump off my high road and tackle some ppl who are taking the low road. I know you guys don't understand, but you will really really soon. Keep praying. And by the way, before you judge anybody, make sure you really know them. I promise you if you were to meet my brother he would give you the shirt off his back. He's not "NICK HOGAN." AND hes not the person he plays on tv. People are so gullible now a days…"

Nick Hogan is going behind bars!

The 17-year-old was sentenced by a judge in Florida on Friday in his tragic car crash case and he will begin serving time immediately.

The Hulkster's son plead no contest to reckless driving and this is the price he has to pay:

- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.

Update: Hogan's lawyer is saying that "Nick's happy" with the sentencing.

This judge should definitely give Nick Hogan a harsh sentence! His willful disregard for the law (repeatedly) should not be tolerated.

The Hulkster's son, Nick Hogan, is due in court tomorrow and (surprisingly) will not not fight the charge of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, resulting from his gruesome car crash last year. Hogan was speeding and had been consuming alcohol, which is illegal - as he was and is still not of legal drinking age.

Nick is expected to plead either guilty or no contest.

Sources say no deal has been struck with prosecutors.

The maximum penalty is five years in prison. How much he gets is up to the judge.

We should all learn from this. Recklessness and too much boozin' ruins lives!

John Graziano, the 22 year old armed forces vet that has been left with severe brain damage since being involved in the Nick Hogan car crash in August, is finally showing signs of improvement.

He still can't speak or breath without a machine, but he is showing some responsiveness.

These exclusive pictures obtained by PerezHilton.com show Hulk Hogan and his son, hours before the horrific accident that left Nick's friend with permanent brain damage.

The Hogans and friends were on a booze cruise and having a great time!

According to newly released documents, Hulk himself bought the beers for Nick and his friends to enjoy.

And enjoy them they did! Too much!

A Perezcious reader tells us:

"These pics were taken the day of nicks accident….you can see his buddy Graziano on the boat with him…..we were out boating in clearwater that day and they pulled up beside us and started yelling shit at my girls on the boat…could tell they were having a good time."

Unfortunately that good time turned very bad just hours later.

According to police documents just made public, Nick was driving at 100mph and racing another car just before his accident.

Nick Hogan better start bargaining with prosecutors now if he wants to avoid serious jail time!

New evidence was released by police on Wednesday that is incredibly damaging to Hogan's case.

It has already been established that Nick had been drinking, but this new bit of info is alarming and disgusting and holds his dad even more liable than he already is!

Included in the new documents is a receipt from Albertson's Liquor Store at 2:14 p.m. on the day of the awful accident for $78 of beer and ice. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk Hogan bought the beer and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.

The report says Nick and his friends spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hulk, where everyone was consuming beers.

Later that night….we all know what happened.

Such a shame.

Damning new evidence against Nick Hogan was released by the Clearwater, Florida, police on Wednesday.

Amongst the startling new revelations - Nick was going at approximately 100mph when his car crashed in August, leaving his friend, John Graziano, with serious head injuries and incapacitated for life.

The damning evidence comes from Barrett Lawrance, a close friend of Nick's and a passenger in the silver Dodge Viper that was racing Hogan's car.

Lawrence painted Nick as someone who "always" drove recklessly.

Hogan's lawyer adamantly denies his client was driving 100mph.

At the hospital, Nick told police he was traveling 30 or 40 mph. He also told police he didn't know what road he was traveling on or what direction. His speech was "mumbled and soft" and his eyes bloodshot, according to Todd Turpack, a Clearwater police investigator who wrote the original report.

He's so fucked!
