It was Hilton & Hilton vs the lesbians last night!

The ladies came out for the opening of L.A.s hottest new club, Alison Melnick's Apple Lounge in West Hollywood.

Paris came solo, as boyfriend Benji Madden is still on tour with Good Charlotte. And sister Nicky came with her boyfriend, David Katzenberg.

Lindsay Lohan was there too, and she took her boyfriend, saMAN Ronson, who was the DJ for the evening.

Why does she always have that look on her face????

Nicky Hilton is speaking out on the speculation that she's suffering from an eating disorder.

The pin thin star says, "There's no truth to any starvation, eating disorders, rumors. I think the press has been printing a lot of pictures of me from unflattering angles," added the 24-year-old designer. "My friends see the pictures and they're like 'Oh my god are you okay?' And then they see me, and they're like 'Oh … ' It's really not that interesting or true."

Though it had been reported that Lindsay Lohan would be hosting the New Year's Eve festivities at LAX in Las Vegas, the club just sent out a press release announcing that Paris & Nicky Hilton will be the ones MCing the event.

The press release reads:
