Kim and Baby Kimye were out to dinner at Lassere Restaurant in Paris with baby daddy Kanye West when she slipped us a little glimpse of her changing tummy.

Totes adorbz…even though she left us wanting more by wearing that big ol' fur.

While we'd like a full-on, bare belly, baby bump pic, we'll take what we can get for now.

Because if we know Kim, there will be a big reveal!!

The long holiday weekend didn't only celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr., but also the return of MAJOR drama with the two night premiere of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami!

On the first episodes back, we see the days leading up to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's bun in the oven and as always, there were no shortage of shockers — about Kimmy's fertility that is!

It was disclosed that Kim's hormone levels were dangerously low for concieving a child just MONTHS before her miracle pregnancy.

Kim said during the episode:

“When I went to the doctor a couple months ago, he took tests to check my hormones and my levels, and everything was really suppressed and really low because I’ve been on birth control for so many years. I want to have kids one day, so he really suggested that I get off birth control. I’m 31, and my egg levels came back as a woman that’s in my 50s. I’m concerned just hearing all this information of how every woman is born with a certain amount of eggs, and that number to never be increased. Maybe this just isn’t in the cards for me, and I’m freaking out a little bit.”

Kim was so discouraged by her test results (and the fact that she could barely take care of her now deceased kitten, Mercy) that she even reconsidered having kids all together!
