Chloë Moretz Doesn't Quite Get It Right At The Billboard Music Awards

Hmm. We’re not sure what’s going on here.
Chloë Moretz can pretty much always be counted on to look ON POINT at any event, but at the Billboard Music Awards in Vegas this afternoon, she left us totally perplexed.
Her patchwork, belted Fendi mini dress looked like a sartorial Frankenstein — too many random pieces stuck together and it didn’t work!
On the bright side, her soft, sleek blowout was beautiful!
