All that glitters is Shakira!
The ferosh momma showed up at the Billboard Music Awards in a dress full of bling bling!
She chose a ridiculously fitted, blue sparkly dress that shines and shimmers as much as her beauty. We’re guessing Gerard Pique is a fan of it too! Just look at his beaming smile!
With long sleeves and sheer side panels, Shakira managed to be revealing without showing too much at once.
We would’ve preferred a less clunky shoe and her hair pulled back, but who doesn’t just like looking at Shakira no matter what she’s in??
