Alexa Chung Wears Pearls Of Wisdom On Her Dress

The fashion world is Alexa Chung‘s oyster, so what does she do? Take all the pearls from every oyster she could find and put them on a dress!
The fashion darling arrived at the amfAR New York Gala Wednesday night wearing by far the fanciest sack we’ve ever seen: a pearl encrusted Chanel dress.
As for the rest of her look, Alexa stuck with Chanel, opting for black cap-toe pumps and a chain shoulder bag.
This would have been cute for a summer event, but for a gala? Not so much. And we wish just once she would have brushed her hair!
