Yeehaw!
Amy Adams is one pretty, pretty cowgirl/prairie chick/Wild, Wild West goddess all rolled into one in the new Fall 2012 Western-inspired ad campaign from Boy. by Band of Outsiders.
The Master actress posed in everything from long-sleeve maxi dresses to comfy knit pajamas for the Southwestern shoot, which was shot Polaroid-style at The Autry Museum in Glendale, Calif. and designed by Scott Sternberg.
Talking about the inspiration of the shoot, Sternberg said:
“[It was] prairie girl and evening Mexican goddess from El Topo. I was thinking of someone wholesome and American but also slightly off-kilter. ├óΓé¼┼ôBasically [Adams] was at the top of the list.”
And of course, with her long red locks and girl-next-door look, Amy was more than game to say yes. She said:
“[I] love the Southwestern flair, because, being from Colorado, I├óΓé¼Γäóm drawn to clothes that feel like they were born from nature.”
And from the beautifully vintage pictures (below), Amy seemed to have a ton of fun on the shoot! Check out the rest of the American West campaign (below), and more of the pics HERE!
