He liked it so he put a ring on it!
And by “it” we mean her mothering skills! LOLz!
Angelina Jolie was out and about in New York City earlier in the week, but it was what she was rocking on her right hand that caught our attention!
The Maleficent star had her son Knox‘s Mother’s Day present on, and the momma looked quite pleased to have such a wonderful piece of jewelry on display.
Angelina previously shared with the world what her 5-year-old son’s gift was after the special day for moms when she said:
“Knoxy made me a picture of Maleficent and they made it into a ring. It’s so cute!”
Knox wasn’t the only gift giver in the family though — her daughter Vivienne and son Pax also got into the gift business! Angelina revealed:
“Vivi made me stationery and pillows for my office. They seemed to genuinely be happy. Sometimes you see it’s something kids are forced to do or they’re forced to wear something. My kids never do that. They force me to wear silly things. I loved Goofy when I was little. So Pax drew me a Goofy shirt. I wore that with a crown Vivienne found for me.”
Angelina also talked a bit about motherhood in general in that interview, saying:
“Like every parent, when you start your family, your life completely changes. And you completely live for someone else. I find that the most extraordinary thing. Your life is handed over to someone else. From that moment on, they come first in every choice you make. It’s the most wonderful thing. I love being a mom, and I love our family. It’s just so much fun to watch them grow up and meet the different people they are. They’re so uniquely different and they’re so funny.”
In fact, Angelina believes her kids are SO amazing that her and Brad Pitt barely have to parent them at all! The siblings teach each other! She said:
“I read a great article stating scientists believe that siblings have more effect on a child than their parents. I think there’s a lot of truth to that. I’m watching them kind of raise each other and affect each other. In the middle of the night you hear them telling each other things or the older ones explaining things to the younger ones. Most of the time Brad and I just laugh. You figure they’ll get corrected somehow sooner or later.”
If anything – the brood seem to be helping out their parents more than the other way around! In particular with the parents’ wedding plans!
If Knox’s ring making skills are any indication, this kid is chock full of great ideas!
He’s probably hard at work on a super sweet wedding present for them as we speak, err, type!
We can’t wait to see what his next invention will be!
