Why Is Apple Fighting The Government? CEO Tim Cook Explains Why Unlocking Terrorist's Phone Would Be 'Bad For America'!

We were surprised to hear last week about Apple‘s hardline stance on unlocking the iPhone of San Bernardino shooter Syed Rizwan Farook for the FBI.
Though Tim Cook released his refusal as an open letter, many still don’t understand what the fuss is about.

So the CEO sat down with ABC News to explain in depth why the corporation would not create a backdoor into people’s phones for the government, saying:

“We know that doing this could expose people to incredible vulnerabilities. This is not something that we would create. This would be bad for America. It would also set a precedent that I believe many people in America would be offended by.”

Powerful words. Do YOU agree this would endanger all Americans’ rights?
