Bill Cosby is a free man… for now.
As we reported, the comedian’s sexual assault case was ruled a mistrial after jurors were unable to reach a verdict on any of the three sexual assault counts.

One of the jurors spoke to ABC News and revealed ten of the twelve members believed he was guilty on two of the counts: on charges of digitally penetrating, and drugging accuser Andrea Constand. However, only one believed the former Temple University employee was unconscious or unaware during the incident.
On the two 10-2 verdicts, the holdouts were “not moving, no matter what.”
When they first began deliberating, they initially found the TV star not guilty on all three counts, as documented by a non-binding poll.
According to the anonymous source, tensions ran high among the jury, made worse by the size of their room.
“People couldn’t even pace… They were just literally walking in circles where they were standing because they were losing their minds. People would just start crying out of nowhere, we wouldn’t even be talking about [the case] — and people would just start crying… If we kept going, there was definitely going to be a fight. They had five sheriff’s deputies at the door and they could hear us and they kept coming in because they thought we were already fighting.”
Other jurors declined to comment.
